Are Organic Tattva products 100% certified organic?
Yes, all our products are certified organic by leading international and domestic bodies, including USDA Organic, India Organic, and Jaivik Bharat, ensuring they are free from synthetic pesticides and chemicals.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We typically process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon arrival. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above a minimum purchase value of ₹499. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout.
How should I store Organic Tattva grains and pulses?
Since our products are natural and free from chemical preservatives, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place in airtight containers. For longer shelf life, especially in humid conditions, refrigeration is advised.
